§ 4 Delivery & Shipping Costs

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and reliably.

Therefore, we ship exclusively with our partner, Austrian Post, naturally insured against theft and transport damage until handed over to you.

Here's how it works:

• Your order is usually ready for shipment 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• We only ship from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
• Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:

• Austria: free, delivery time 1–3 business days
• Germany: free, delivery time 2–4 business days

For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, customs, and processing fees may apply, which are payable directly upon delivery. These costs will not be reimbursed by us, even in the event of a return.

Track your package:
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order online at any time.
