Returns
1. An exchange can be made for the same item in a different size. Please contact us by phone or email at arido@gloriette.at to reserve the item in the desired size, if it is still available. An exchange for a different item is not possible. The item will be sent to you once the item to be returned has been received and inspected by us.
2. Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are returned in perfect condition and with our label with a single seal attached.
3. Please note that it may take 10 - 14 days between the receipt of your return and the refund process. After we have received, checked and confirmed your return, and your return meets all requirements, you will receive a credit note from us by email. The refund period depends on the credit card used. However, it usually takes place within two credit card statements. If the recipient of the products specified in the order does not match the buyer of the goods, the debited amount will always be refunded to the buyer and cardholder. In the case of advance payment, the refund usually takes place within 12 - 14 days.
We remind you that shipping costs are not refundable.
- After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to return the ordered items to us.
- Please note that the processing of returns can take up to 10 working days (Monday-Friday, public holidays excluded). The refund will be made using the same payment method as at the time of order completion.

For returns where our return labels are used, we charge a flat shipping fee of (AT) 3.50 EUR and (DE) 6.50 EUR. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
How do I return my order?
Customers from Austria:
1. Visit our returns portal
2. Enter your email address or alternatively your order number and the postcode of the delivery address to access your order in the returns portal.
3. Select the items you wish to return and state a reason for return.
4. You will then receive a return label to print out.
5. Pack the items carefully and prepare the package for shipping.
6. Drop off the package at a Post AT acceptance point.
7. Once your return has been received and checked by us, you will receive your refund.
Customers from Germany:
1. Visit our returns portal
2. Enter your email address or alternatively your order number and the postcode of the delivery address to access your order in the returns portal.
3. Select the items you wish to return and state a reason for return.
4. You will then receive a return label to print out or a QR code for paperless returns.
5. Pack the items carefully and prepare the package for shipping.
6. Drop off the package at a DHL acceptance point – with the label or the QR code.
7. Once your return has been received and checked by us, you will receive your refund.
